Let Only:
For our let-only service, our standard letting fee is usually equivalent to one month's rent. This fee covers finding and vetting tenants, arranging the tenancy agreement, and collecting the first month's rent and deposit. Our let-only service is ideal for landlords who prefer to manage the property themselves following tenant placement.
Rent Collection:
If landlords opt for our rent collection service, the letting fee may be slightly higher to reflect the additional ongoing support. Typically, the letting fee for rent collection is 8% of the monthly rent. This service includes all the features of our let-only service, with the addition of rent collection and monthly reporting to the landlord.
Fully Managed:
For our fully managed service, the letting fee is higher, 12% of the monthly rent. This premium service encompasses comprehensive property management, including rent collection, maintenance coordination, regular property inspections, and management of tenant issues.Â
